Dismal
I went last month or so to reinvest a CD. It was around 5:30/6:00 PM. I was there for close to two hours... During that time there was a lot of horseplay, laughing, and no work going on. Not by the tellers, but the personal bankers. I do not think these people acted professional, but juvenile. When one faces the tellers, there is an office on the right, behind the receptionist desk. There were two women in there who talked and laughed while the receptionist (a young lady in her twenties) took clients. I have never been in a place where sensitive information was dealt with in a public place. Besides that she was abrupt, overbearing and not informed. This place needs improvement and a course in customer service and manners. It's like crashing a party where you were not invited....

I am very upset and possibly ready to stop using PENFED! I have had an account with this credit union for 30 years. Since I retired I have found it almost impossible to have anything other than checking or savings accounts with PENFED. Try to get a loan, get all the paperwork complete and get to the branch and its not ready. Try to call to see if it's ready --THEY WON'T TAKE A PHONE CALL!!!! This is not CUSTOMER SERVICE!
