Nice folks, busy location, long wait time, not enough staff
This location has a very nice manager who checks in on people who are standing in line waiting for the teller. The teller line is short staffed - a budget and cost cutting measure they are introducing because they are going to go to a virtual teller platform. A lot of folks do shared banking here, which I've been told will end soon, so I don't see myself stopping into the location anytime soon.
Phone access
Call the main number and I have to listen for 10 minutes to information I don't need. Try to get to a person to help and you're blocked. Called again and inputted an extension number to the loan department and when they tried to transfer the call to someone who could provide the answer to my question, I was left on permanent hold. WHICH BRANCHES STILL HAVE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES now that the Fla Ave. branch is closing? and thank you.
