New snotty manager at Mechanicville branch
I am in this bank a few times every week...always been treated nicely. However, the new girl, Jessica waited on me and was snotty and has an attitude that needs to be addressed. The bank manager that just left, Josh was always polite and treated customers respectfully. This one, needs a few classes in customer service and politeness....
