Disappointed
In the past I have always been very pleased with this branch but recently it is apparent there have been management changes. I made a cash deposit and it was posted as a check deposit. I called and spoke to a woman ( I prefer not to give her name) and explained the situation. She told me that as soon as the teller returned from lunch she would rectify for me. I called back three hours later and another person answered and told me that the woman I had spoken to was with someone and she would call me back. I never received a phone call back at all. Very poor customer service!!
