the people in this office are arrogant and not helpful. Well only the manager is.
very rude
Called today to find out interest rate on my Money Market Account. The customer service rep who took my call was very snotty and told me she could not give me that info. Ridiculous! I am going to close my accounts there and take them to the Meriden branch, where they are very pleasant and happy to help
