The Michigan Ave. branch web site has a disconnected phone number listing. I called another branch and it has a disconnected phone number as well. I finally got a good working number to another branch that left me on hold. They never came back with a working number. On another note; I was at the Colonial Bumby Branch today to talk to someone about my account. I did not see one person in their cubicles or offices. Lights were off. What you can't staff the bank??? I waited for awhile got disgusted and left. I have banked with SunTrust since 1973. I think it might be time to look for a commercial bank who wants my business.
