Customer Service Representative/Customer Care
I can no longer talk to a bank manager or customer service representative at my bank. I am having to deal with strange people who do not know me and they are asking for all of my personal information over the telephone. I do not like giving out my social security number, pass word, account number, and all of my personal information on a cell phone, Then I get an answer that doesn't make any sense. What happen to the personal care that I used to get at compass that made Compass stand out over all the other banks. Why doesn't compass have a telephone number to reach the bank instead a customer service number. I can get this lousy service at any bank. I have always rated Compass Regency Bank a 10 Plus. That has changed. I miss that extra care that I used to get. I miss Ida Cobb. She knew how to take care of the customers and made them feel special.
Review
The last time was at the Ft. Caroline branch, Ida Cobb told me she transferred there. As far as I know, she is still there.
