Poor Elderly Customer Care
Opened an account and was specific that it would not be used often and the branch manager opening the account failed to mention that the account would become inactive if not used. After several attempts of not being able to access account online, called customer service and was explained that the account was inactive. When I requested the info of the person who oversees the Branch Manager, I was given a customer service supervisor to talk to. I do not want anyone to say sorry, I need someone with a title that can tell me that there will be an action plan to avoid this happening to other elderly people. Disappointing to know that executives are too scared to hear from their customers and earn their bonuses. Now I have to find a ride to the bank so I can have it activated again.
