Best customer service
If you ever come into this branch you will be greeted with a genuine smiling face. I am a real estate broker and was with clients who needed the banks services. The wait time was a bit longer than usual but the service representative Madylisaa Rosario assured us that we would be helped shortly and made us feel very welcome. While we waited my clients had to sign a few documents on regrading their new home purchase and Madylissa offered to print out those blank documents for us. By the time we were done, the personal banker was able to swiftly help us. I have only seen this level of great service at the hospitality industry and I am glad people like Madylissa are on staff to improve the quality of this branch
