Disgusting
After 30 years of banking with Hudson City Bank, since I'm 18, I am finally DONE! Have morgatages, children, grandkids accounts, they humiliated me, interstated me like a criminal yesterday, even chasing me to my car! Question legal documentation for power of attorney unfortunately I have for my elderly mom, who also had several accounts. The staff is rude to the point of arrogant, management could care less, everyone working witnessed this yet not one person care to get involved. Plenty of other banks that would like my business
