To be fair, I have used three CHASE branches in Manasquan, Brick/Lakewood, and Manchester. My experience at the Manchester branch has never been very satisfying. There are few employees and no one ever greets customers, that I've observed. The employee who typically has done deposits for me has not been friendly or very helpful. I am comparing these experiences to the ones I've had at the other two branches. I just wanted to share this constructive criticism so that perhaps positive changes can take place.
