Manager
Manager is a joy to work with. Telephone calls are returned in less than one day with all questions being answered. My interaction with this bank was due to my both my aunt's and mother's deaths and subsequent necessities. If I lived nearer to this branch, I would transfer my accounts. My only negative is the letter sent out by the main office to all patrons over age 71 regarding the 2014 IRA distribution which told that they would now be responsible for figuring the necessary distribution amount. Not a good thing!!!!
