Terrible service
This bank has the rudest employees on the planet. I had to come in and cash a 25$ check written from this bank for my 12 year old child. I went in the first time and they told me that I needed and account for him to cash it. Even though I had said child and birth certificate. Then I went back a second time after another branch manager told me to go again and tell them it was ok. Not only was the teller rude but when she went to ask the branch manager on duty, he or she never even bothered to come out of the office and talk to me. She just said "No, we can't cash this check". I eventually had bank of america cash it with no problems. NEVER EVER go to this bank, they are horrible and could careless about people. Taught my young son a lot about banks as well.
