Horrible Service and Unprofessional
I recently opened up an premier account with Citi Springfield Avenue Branch. I have sent some docs by speed post and have called and emailed like 4-6 times and still no confirmation if they received. They don't even bother to return calls. They are slow, good at talking, bad at delivering.
