Love this bank!
As crazy as it sounds, I love this bank! The tellers are all super friendly as well as being capable and efficient. The waiting time is short and the teller supervisors step in immediately to assist with any complicated transactions. The branch managers, Herb and Supriya, have both opened accounts for me and my children and both have gone above and beyond providing routine service, even completing paperwork before my arrival. As a bonus, they all make a point of knowing their customers' names. I have been to the Nassau St. branch and they are also excellent, but for convenience and personal service, this is hands-down my favorite.
