Rude & Condenscending
10 days ago, I visited this branch to use the ATM machine. The transaction went well until the cash didn't come out. I took my receipt, card, and ID (and 4 children) inside the bank to let them know the machine wasn't working. The first employee I spoke with was terribly rude and belittling. She told me I shouldn't have used that ATM. I informed her that there wasn't a sign anywhere letting anyone know it was out of order and I had no way to know. She was frustrated with me and insisted that I should have known because there was a cone in the parking lot near the machine. I explained that without a sign, I could only assume the cone was for the road and not a machine. She finally took me to a cubicle and explained my situation to the assistant manager as if I was an idiot. I have spoken with 2 customer service reps and have still not received as much as a phone call apologizing for the rude behavior. I will avoid this branch in the future, and am strongly considering switching banks at this point.
