customer service experience
I just spoke with Lindsay at the Mt Zion branch and unfortunately, she was less than customer centric. I was explaining that I had experienced a problem with the drive through ATM, and before I finished, she cut me off. When she returned to the phone, she was less than apologetic and just said for me to try again. I felt that I was bothering her.
