Nasty "manager"
Today, the day after a holiday, I waited in line for half an hour. Two out of four windows were open. This whole time I'm watching a young woman do nothing much other than play with her damn hair.When I finally got service and asked the teller why the idle woman wasn't serving the line (which extended out the door into the entrance foyer) the idle woman interjects she can't because she's a manager. WRONG answer. The service was beyond bad - it was piss poor! Depending on how I feel Monday, I'll be in to close all 5 accounts. I will shop before I act. Thanks for NOTHING!
