Unprofessional
Called the Cheraw, SC branch to see about opening a UTMA account for my son. Took over 15 rings before someone answered the phone. When I asked Christine if they offered Coogan accounts or UTMA, she said let me get a banker. I was on hold for over 12 minutes, no one ever came to the phone! I'm from NC, so this was long distance.
