    I went to the insight bank in Eustis FL to open a new account, I waited almost an hour while one of the employees was actually doing their job in helping another customer but the other two were sitting talking to one another for the whole hour. They were both "managers" mind you this was at 2:0o in the afternoon so I know it was not their lunch time. Finally the lady that was helping the other customer had to go and tell the other two employees that there were other customers waiting. So this "assistant manager" forgot her name already (believe me if she was any good at her job I would of remembered) walked me into her office, as I was walking in, a young teenage boy after being told by another employee he had to create an account with his parents, bolts in front of me into her office and started talking to the assistant manager employee (apparently he knew her) then she finally tells him to leave as I was walking in I said "yeah you have to wait." So I sat down with my grandmother and told her I wanted to open a new account. She looked at me typed on her computer for a bit then I advised her I applied for a new account a few days ago but it told me to come into a branch office to finish with the account. After I told her that she asks me 5 minutes later after she typed some more, "Okay so you tried to apply for a loan?" I gave her the dumbest look and said no I tried to open a new bank account. So then she shook her head and typed some more, this was 20 minutes while she was doing this then she finally says trying to change my password and they are asking me a lot questions to change it. No apologies what so ever were given by her. When she finally is done with the password situation after another 20 minutes of waiting in her office she asks me my information again as she did when I first sat down and 4 minutes later she tells me that I owe a bank and would need the information showing I paid it. After waiting so long I asked her if there was a number I could call and she rudely interrupted with NO, you will have to get the info and come back. Because of this rude, inconsiderate, stupid assistant manager who was quiet, slow and unapologetic, makes me really want to consider the type of people that work with insight and if I really want to get an account with them. Worse experience I have had at a bank ever.
