Branch Manager rude
Extremely rude Branch Manager, by the name of Melissa. Entire branch has changed for the worse since she's been in charge. Not the same home town feel. Have personally observed Melissa being callous and mean spirited to some employees. Seems she is not there as often as previous Branch Manager was.
Great experiences
Currently in the process of obtaining a mortgage through this branch. It has been an easier process than I expected. I have not met the branch manager, but the branch as a whole should not be judged on one person's actions. There are several nice people at this branch.
