Make sure you get there well before closing or they'll shut the door in your face and lock it with you standing there. Also they'll draw the blinds in the drive thru quick. Especially if its about to be a holiday.

  • Worst banking experience I have ever had

Just met the rudest most unprofessional young man I have ever encountered in the banking industry. All I wanted was information to move retirement money into an existing account. Took time off work, just needed an account number and how the check needed to be made out, a 2 line portion of a form for the retirement plan holder. I left feeling like my accounts were not secure, that the SECU really did not want my business and wondering if the address that I have lived at for more than 21 years is even a valid address. I was told they did not have a valid address for me, no picture, no valid phone number but yet I get monthly statements and have had the same phone number for the entire time I have had an account there. I was trying to deposit money so I can't imagine what it would have been like if I had been inquiring about a loan.
