A few things: 1) Last year came in to setup an HSA, we had the check for $7,650. She tells us she has to do a credit check on us. That hard hit lowered my credit score 10 points. My question, why is LMCU doing a credit check on us, we are bringing you the money. I would think I would do a credit check on you. 2) Just tried to get through to a customer rep., want to know if you have an app or web connection. We have a checking account, an HSA and an auto loan. After going through 3 different prompts (one up to nine options), finally heard you had a systems failure and to call back later. If you have a system failure, can you save your clients time and just announce that first?
