Can't talk to a human!!!
Why is it so difficult to contact a human? Your endless automated recorded message that does not give you the option to actually talk to someone is frustrating, useless! The contact number on your website constantly goes to a message that says "So and so is unable to answer your call, please leave a message", I don't want to leave a message, I want to talk to someone who can help me!! This is all during normal working hours, there is no excuse for such poor customer service.
