Rude
I have been a member of this bank for years, and I have never had any problem with the service. Today, however, I went to this bank to deposit money into my account. The only woman working at the time was named Michelle and I gave her all my information to my account. Michelle tells me that the information is wrong and I inform her that it is not. Again, she rudely tells me it's wrong. When I try to speak again, she says, "I'm not finished talking" ... she then says " NExt time, if you have everything together, that would be great" Obviously, I won't be returning to this location anymore, after the treatment I received from "MICHELLE"!
