    I recently had a very bad and am continuing to have a very distasteful experience with this Navy Federal location directly pertaining to the manager at this location. After making a deposit the monies were not credited to my account. I spoke with the bank manager and she was very condescending, very rude, and basically told me to take my business elsewhere.

    Opened a NFCU acct...provided ALL info on line; then suddenly, WITHOUT NOTICE.. NFCU froze my account until I came into the branch to show them the same driver's license of which the DL# was provided when setting up the account on line. Female taking the information was not pleasant at all.. NOW - my credit line is locked. I guess their fuzzy math is 30% of 100% is actually 100%. Sooo sorry I changed banks at Christmas time. BUT.. the phone CSR's are awesome.

    I was told on the phone that I was approved for a overdraft , however when I went to this branch they told me no and I explain to them what the representative said on the phone and they denied me in a rude way .instead of them telling me the second option they just lied and said there's nothing they can do. long story short I called another representative and she told me that wasn't true and that I'm still approved ,so she called the branch manager and got it all straighten out .the representative was more informative then the bank tellers.

    I was greeted by two ladies the moment I walked in with warm smiles. Waited in line for a few minutes and got up to the front with my cash deposit. Bianca had everything done within a few SECONDS and wished me a good day with a beaming smile. We even had a lovely chat. I don't know what the bad reviews are about; this branch is one of the friendlier ones I have been to in all of my travels

    I've had nothing but good experiences here, why so many people are expressing such dissatisfaction with a company that has always provided stellar service to me is nothing less that baffling. I love banking with NFCU, I love the people at this branch - I remember how excited I was that they were opening because I worked at the Waffle House at the time and it was incredibly convenient that it was right there, and it was my bank. I've known many of the folks that work there for years, and have nothing bad to say.
