Bad Treatment
Twice I have been treated like I am a thief for trying to deal with a bank account on behalf of my son, which I have a legal Power of Attorney for any financial dealings. I drove to another city because there is no a branch in the town I live in. Only to be treated as if I am trying to to do something under handed. Now mind you I bank there as well and there is more money in my account then his. So for three hours of my day, I was told they will have to send it somewhere to see if is approved, so I will have to go there another time. Well my son and I went to that very bank before he left for many years and they assured us that there would be no problems with a POA. That was a lie. As at this branch each time I was unable to do anything with his account. I think it is time for an Attorney to enforce the legal document I have.
